  • No, our flowers are not real. We design exclusively with high-quality, real-touch faux florals.

    Real-touch flowers are the highest quality faux florals available, designed to look and feel almost identical to fresh flowers. They are nothing like traditional “fake” flowers.

    Their petals have a silky, velvety, and slightly rubbery feel (imagine the feeling of a rose petal), and even have realistic texture & veining imprinted on each petal.

    They photograph beautifully are virtually impossible to spot as faux in person or in photo.

    Most people end up touching them when they find out they’re faux because they can’t believe they’re not real.

  • Our base package is designed to give every couple the same full, beautifully styled ceremony experience, no matter the size of their guest list. This includes your ceremony arch, aisle florals, head table styling and more, as well as delivery, setup, and teardown. All of the above requires the same amount of work, styling time, and floral inventory for every wedding.

    The only part of the décor that changes from wedding to wedding is the number of guest tables at the reception. Centrepieces, candles, and bud vases are styled per table, and every wedding has a different number based on layout, venue size, and guest count.

    Because of this, including centrepieces in the base price would mean:

    • Smaller weddings would end up overpaying

    • Larger weddings would end up underpaying,


      Which doesn’t feel fair to anyone.

    To keep things simple, transparent, and tailored to your exact needs, we charge:

    • $2,999 + tax for your full ceremony + head table décor + everything else listed in the base package

    • $50 per guest table for complete table styling (centrepiece, bud vases, candles)

    This structure ensures you’re paying only for the number of tables you actually have, and also allows us to keep our pricing honest, consistent, and personalized for every couple.

  • No, our décor is designed to work as a cohesive collection. We only offer full-service, complete décor packages, which includes setup, styling, ceremony to reception flip, and teardown.

    This ensures your weddings looks seamless, elevated, and professionally designed.

  • No, I do not offer custom builds.

    Because of the scale, time, and materials required to create our large pre-constructed installations, we don’t offer custom builds for rental.

    Each collection takes significant investment to design, build, and store, and creating a one-off custom piece would result in a much higher price point than most couples would expect for rentals.

    By focusing on fully-built, ready-to-rent collections, we’re able to keep our pricing transparent and accessible while still delivering high-end, luxury floral décor. Couples can choose the style that best fits their vision without the added costs of a custom build.

  • No, we do not add custom colours to our collections. Nor we do remove colours/stems.

    Our floral structures are carefully engineered and secured once designed. Adding any additional stems would mean poking holes in the foundation. This compromises the integrity of the design, leads to faster wear and tear, and results in more frequent repairs.

    To maintain quality and longevity, all rentals are offered exactly as designed within each collection.

  • We do not do viewing appointments, as the collections are fully packed away in protective storage when they’re not in use.

    They cannot be appreciated for their full potential unless they are set up in a venue where you can see their true scale, detail and atmosphere they create. This is why we do our best to include several real-wedding, professionally photographed images of each collection!

    We do occasionally take part in wedding showcases where we set up full installations at a venue, allowing couples to experience the designs exactly as they’re meant to be seen.

  • Yes, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

    The remaining balance is due 1-month before your wedding date.

  • Absolutely! To make booking easy and stress-free, I offer flexible payment plans of up to 4 or 6 instalments, depending on how far away your wedding date is.
